This policy explains what data Playable Factory collects, why, and how we handle it.

Data we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication details when you sign up or sign in.
• Content you create — the projects, templates and assets you build and save.
• Technical data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, for security and operation.
• Payment records — when you top up export credits with USDT (TRC-20), we store the transaction hash, the sender wallet address, the amount and your account id, to credit the purchase and prevent double-crediting.
• Usage data — signed-in product events (such as session activity and exports) and client error reports, used to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your data to provide and operate the builder, authenticate you, save your work, keep the service secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: hosting on Vercel, authentication and data storage on Supabase, and web fonts from Google Fonts. When you use generation features, some assets may be processed by third-party AI generation services. Your top-up wallet address is rendered as a QR code by a third-party QR image service. To operate the service we also send operational alerts (such as new payments, feedback you submit, and boot errors) to a private Telegram channel owned by us; these can include your account email and the Telegram handle you optionally provide. If you connect your own AI provider key, it is stored only in your browser (local storage), not on our servers. We also use Yandex Metrica for product analytics on our marketing pages and inside the builder: it collects usage statistics (pages, clicks, scrolls, approximate location by IP, device data), may record anonymized session replays (keystrokes in password fields are never recorded), and sets analytics cookies. These providers process data only to deliver and improve the service.

Cookies & local storage

We use functional cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your language, and — locally in your browser only — your saved projects, assets and any AI agent-chat messages/history. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the site.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
